Check spam or promotions folders, then use resend on the verification screen or contact us with your sign-up email.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. We email a secure reset link to your registered address.
When will support reply?
Most messages receive a response within one business day. Urgent account issues are prioritized.
Do I need to have a registered business to sign up?
No. You can start onboarding without a formally registered company. Upload your business registration certificate if you have one, or submit citizenship or government ID as your registration document.
How do I create a consumer account?
Go to Sign up or use Google sign-in on the sign-in page. Verify your email to activate your account.
How do I update my profile?
Sign in and open your dashboard settings to update your name, contact details, and profile photo.
How do I leave a review?
Sign in first, Go to a business page you have visited, and submit your rating from the reviews section.
How do credits and promotions work?
Earn and redeem credits from eligible offers on your dashboard. Check the Promotions section for active deals near you.
Is tax calculation feature available?
Yes. Businesses can enable tax in Settings with rules for F&B, room, and delivery. You see tax on bills only when the venue has it enabled.
